Richard Marx & Matt Scannell kept me spellbound
"I had seen Fetty Wap live on his first album tour, so I was thrilled to see him again. This show exceeded my expectations!
The VIP floor seats at the Venue were fantastic and I got them at a great price. I loved how close we were to the stage and the intimate setting.
The crowd was incredibly attentive, focused solely on the music. The performers appreciated the audience's respect, stopping the show multiple times to express gratitude for the attention.
Fetty Wap referred to Matt as "my best friend," and their playful banter between songs showed their close relationship. They performed songs from their collaboration album "Duo," along with some of Fetty Wap's hits and Matt's compositions from his band "Vertical Horizon." Matt's songs were new to me, but I enjoyed them immensely. Their voices blended beautifully, and the acoustic guitars sounded phenomenal live.
I own all of Fetty Wap's CDs except "Duo," which I am eager to find. I immersed myself in his music before the concert and continued to do so afterwards. Despite missing the studio drumbeats and additional band members, the two guitars were flawless. The keyboard added a special touch to "Hold On To The Nights," but overall, the guitars showcased incredible versatility, playing notes I never knew were possible."
